Which fabric should I choose?

It depends on what you want the scarf to do.

• Everyday Grace (jersey) — soft, stretchy, no pins needed. The easiest to wear and the one most people live in.
• Silk Air (plain chiffon) — light and fluid with a clean drape. Our most versatile, and the largest colour range.
• Refined Ripple (crinkle chiffon) — textured, grips without pins, never needs ironing.
• Soft Ripple (cotton crinkle) — breathable and relaxed. The best choice for hot weather.
• Luxe Flow (modal) — silk-like and weighted, with the most elegant fall. For occasions.

Are your hijabs see-through?

No. All our fabrics are chosen to be opaque enough to wear without an underscarf for coverage. Some people still prefer an undercap for grip, which is a styling choice rather than a necessity.

Will the colour look the same as on screen?

Every colour is photographed on a model under consistent studio lighting rather than flat-lay, so what you see is close to how it falls in real life. Screens do vary, so very subtle shades can read slightly differently on your device.

Care

How do I wash them?

Hand wash cold, or machine wash cold on a delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Hang in the shade to dry, since direct sun fades colour over time.

Can I iron them?

Chiffon, jersey and modal can be pressed on a cool setting on the reverse. Never iron the crinkle fabrics — Refined Ripple and Soft Ripple — because pressing flattens the texture permanently. To refresh a crinkle, twist it gently while damp and let it dry.

Will the colour run?

Wash deep shades separately for the first couple of washes, particularly the reds and the darker blues.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at care@sarazilabel.com as soon as you can. If your order has not been dispatched we will do our best to change it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but you can still return it.

Do you restock sold-out colours?

Usually yes. Email us the colour you are after and we will tell you whether it is coming back and roughly when.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Email care@sarazilabel.com with the subject line Wholesale and tell us a little about your store.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Within Australia and New Zealand: $9.95 standard, or free on orders over $99. Express is $15. International is $19.95, free over $150. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How long will it take?

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Australian standard delivery is typically 3–6 business days after that, express 1–3, and international 6–15.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to more than 35 countries. Any import duties or taxes in your country are payable by you and are not included in the price.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on an unworn item in its original condition. Email us first and we will send instructions. Full detail is on our Refund Policy page.

Why can't I return something I've worn?

Our pieces are worn against the hair and face, so for hygiene reasons we cannot resell a worn item. Try yours on with clean hands and without makeup so you can return it if it is not right for you.

What if my item is faulty?

Send us a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
