Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, check your junk folder and then email us.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Australia Post can be slower than usual in December and during sale periods. We are not able to control carrier delays, but we will always help you chase a parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes on international orders

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and do not include any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply in your country. These are set by your local authorities, are payable by you, and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and can resend it once the return postage has been covered.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email care@sarazilabel.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and sort it out with you.
